Experimental provides innovation infrastructure services including but not limited to: innovation consulting, pre-incubation programs, incubation services, acceleration programs, venture building, corporate innovation, technology transfer, and research & development services.

Our services are designed to support technological development, digital transformation, and innovation across multiple industry verticals.

We operate as a global network connecting innovators, investors, governments, and enterprises.

Specific terms for individual programs or services may be provided separately and shall supplement these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or participating in our programs.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

You are responsible for any content you submit, share, or create through our services.

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Experimental remain our exclusive property or the property of our licensors.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property you create or develop independently.

Any intellectual property developed jointly or with our assistance may be subject to separate agreements.

You grant us a limited license to use your content as necessary to provide our services.

Program benefits, resources, and outcomes are not guaranteed and may vary.

Fees for services, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before engagement.

Payment terms and conditions will be specified in separate agreements or invoices.

We may offer equity-based or revenue-sharing arrangements for certain programs.

All financial arrangements are subject to separate written agreements.

Refund policies, if applicable, will be specified in program-specific terms.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared by participants and clients.

Confidentiality obligations are typically governed by separate non-disclosure agreements.

You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' information and our proprietary methods.

Public information and information independently developed are not subject to confidentiality obligations.

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of our relationship.

Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or success from participation in our programs.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Experimental, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

This includes claims related to your violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification.

Your indemnification obligations survive termination of these Terms.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that accrued before termination.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Terms are binding upon your successors and assigns.
